Mr Bysouth is such a nice man -- he helpd my grandmother bring my grandfather home from Sicily in the 70s, and my family has used him ever since. At my great aunt's funeral, I had to do a reading, and I was shaking with nerves -- he said: "This is a very brave and honourable thing you're doing."He also had a kind word at my grandmother's funeral: "We had an understanding, your grandmother and I."
